I loved your thought process on tools: how they simplify our lives and are also a result of historical random accidents. What behavior could we encourage by simplifying certain behaviors that could positively impact us and the world?

A lot of the outrage on social media and the evolution of media can be traced back to bad incentives.
I think having game theorists and incentive designers as a key part of product teams is a good first step.
